Abstract Submission Guideline

Abstract submission is the first step that should be done to attend this conference as a paper presenter. The scientific committee will decide the eligibility of a paper based on the submitted abstract.

General Guidelines:

  1. Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  2. Word Limit: The abstract should not exceed 250 words or 1700 characters.
  3. Format: The abstract should be submitted in a single paragraph without subheadings, tables, or figures.
  4. Content Structure:
    • Title: Clearly indicate the topic of your paper.
    • Authors: Include the full name, affiliation, and email address of all authors. The presenting author’s name should be underlined.
    • Keywords: Provide 3-5 relevant keywords related to your topic.
    • Abstract Body: It should briefly describe the research objective, methodology, key findings, and significance of the study.

Submission Process:

  1. Submission Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted by the due date stated at the homepage.
  2. Submission Portal: Abstracts should be submitted via abstract submission page here: https://icefc.ipb.ac.id/abstract-submission/
  3. Review Process: All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Acceptance notifications will be sent to the corresponding author within 1 week after submission.

Additional Notes:

  • Ensure that your abstract is free from grammatical and typographical errors.
  • Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.
  • Authors of accepted abstracts are required to register for the conference by the date as informed later.
