Registration
I have more than one abstract accepted, and I will be the presenter of all of them, do I need to register multiple times?
No. You only need to do the registration once.
Please list all the abstract IDs in the registration form. Abstract ID may be found in the abstract acceptance announcement email.
My abstract is accepted, but I will not be the presenter. Do I need to register as presenter?
No, the one who needs to register as a presenter is the one who will present the paper. The rest of the authors may register as non-paper participants only if they will attend the conference in person.

My abstract is accepted. Do all the authors need to register to the event?
Only one author who will present the abstract at the conference needs to register as a presenter. The rest authors may register as non-paper participants.

Registration is 0nly required for those who will attend the conference in person.
What to do after registration?
After registration, you need to make a payment for the participation fee. You will receive an email after the registration contains information and an invoice of the participation fee payment. Please follow the instructions.
May I pay the participation fee with cash during the event?
Unfortunately no. You need to make the payment in advance before the conference event.
Is the participation fee including the publication fee?
No, another invoice will be billed to you for the publication fee payment. This invoice will be sent only to the abstract's author who decided to publish their works in designated journals or proceedings.
I do not receive the invoice after registration. What to do?
Please kindly wait. Our system will automatically send a response email for each registration.

Paper Publication
During abstract submission, I choose to not publish my works to the proceedings or journals. But now I change my mind. Is it possible to make a change?
Yes, please. Just contact us by email to icefc@apps.ipb.ac.id
How is the mechanism in selecting the abstract that will be published in the proceedings or the journals?
The scientific committee will select the papers based on their scientific quality.
The Event
Do I need to attend the entire conference?
No, you don't need to attend the entire conference. However, if you are presenting a paper, please ensure you are present during your scheduled presentation time.
